Descriptions of high mast poles, LED luminaires, lowering mechanisms, control panels, and foundation hardware published on this site are indicative and are provided to help you understand our supply and installation range. Heights, wattages, wind ratings, efficacy figures, warranty periods, and IP or IK ratings shown are typical values and may differ from what is supplied against a specific order.
Final specifications are those set out in the signed purchase order, the approved general arrangement drawing, the foundation design, and the agreed inspection and test plan. Where this website conflicts with those documents, those documents prevail.
Site Surveys, Quotations, and Orders
A site survey request or an enquiry submitted through this website does not create a contract. Any quotation we issue is valid only for the period stated in it and remains subject to confirmation of material availability, steel and LED pricing at the time of order, soil and wind zone conditions confirmed on site, and technical feasibility.
A binding contract is formed only when we accept a written purchase order or work order on the commercial terms agreed between us. Lead times quoted before a site survey are estimates.
Standards and Compliance
References to IS 2713, IS 1367, IS 5613, BIS certification, galvanising thickness, and similar standards indicate the specifications to which we are able to supply and install. Whether a particular consignment or installation carries a specific certification, and the scope of that certification, depends on your individual order and on the test certificates issued for that batch.
You remain responsible for confirming which standards, statutory approvals, and local authority permissions apply to your site, and for specifying them in your purchase order.
Warranty and Workmanship
Warranty terms for supplied equipment and for installation workmanship are those stated in the relevant purchase order, warranty certificate, or AMC agreement. Nothing on this website extends, replaces, or varies those terms. Warranty on luminaires is generally the manufacturer’s warranty, passed through to you on the terms the manufacturer offers.
Annual Maintenance Contracts
Response times, inspection frequency, included consumables, and exclusions under an AMC are defined in the signed AMC agreement for your site. Any response time referred to on this website is a general indication of our service model, not a contractual commitment to any particular site.
Intellectual Property
The content of this website, including text, service descriptions, photographs, drawings, layout, and the HighMast India name and logo, is owned by HighMast India or used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
